Below are general pricing guidelines, but please contact me for a specific quote. Now accepting Venmo, PayPal, cash and checks.

Notary Fees

  • Per signature: $15 

  • Travel fee - $50+ (determined by location and time)

Additional Fees

  • Wait time - $15 if 15 minutes after scheduled appointment (plus $15 for each additional 15 minutes)

  • County jails - $200 minimum    

Loan Signing Fees

  • 1st set of loan documents - $150-300

  • 2nd set of loan documents (at same signing) - $75

  • Printing of e-docs (includes 2 sets) - $45

  • Faxbacks/Scanbacks - $25

  • After hours signing - TBD
